Let us give him the placeholder name of "Roy Epps" until we learn his real identify. This more than obvious fed was caught on camera STALKING James O'Keefe in New Brunswick, NJ. The problem for Roy Epps is that when you try to stalk O'Keefe, you can expect a turnaround in which the predator turns into prey as happened here. Watch how the originally assertive Roy Epps ends up running scared from James O'Keefe and the cameras. Can facial recognition technology reveal the real name of Roy Epps? And will the undercover fed pension of Roy Epps be put at risk for making a public fool out of himself? Also since Roy Epps was holding a cell phone Geofencing technology can be used to locate and identify him. This Geofencing technology worked perfectly in locating and identifying over a thousand J6 protestors. In fact the only known case of Geofencing failing was in identifying the J6 Pipe Bomber due to cell phone data that was mysteriously corrupted. Perhaps Roy Epps can provide on the scene information about J6 after he is identified.
