What’s the service-life on a wind turbine blade? Can’t be long enough for something that can’t be recycled.

The whole wind farm project is a means of gov’t funding at inflated prices making a few people rich.

A g4eater cost is the middle class and lower class suffering big time due to ,iberal communism and the steep steep price Increases it has brought.

A metal scrapper could benefit from the blades at least. Y cutting them down to size and bri ginger them to a scrap metal place of buisiness it would seem

They might be useful for making hiking trail bridges.

We drove through Texas on a drive from the Left coast to the actual left coast about a year or so ago. Every so often, we saw off to one side or the other piles and piles of these things. "Green" in no sense of the word.

I think these discarded blades should be stacked near the ocean, perhaps on Martha's Vineyard, Del Mar, near the Obama compound in Hawaii, and of course Washington DC. Such would concentrate some additional reflection on the part of the "green" policy makers....

You see these massive eyesores all along I 10 in Southern California. They are nothing but monuments to government waste and stupidity.

It takes energy to produce energy. An electrical engineer told me it takes 3kw of electricity to energize the field in a wind turbine to produce the energy it puts out.

And they’re filled with balsa wood! Balsa is mostly available in the Brazilian Rain Forest (considered the earths lungs) where China levels thousands of acres. Environmentalists are destroying the environment to save it. In Scotland they mowed down 16 million trees in order to erect these monstrosities.

Exactly. This is a huge issue. Not just blades but turbines and masts too.

Every one of these installed with tax subsidy.

The promises to clean it up and the taxpayer subsidies continue. But these breeding grounds for rats, snakes and misquitoes just get bigger. The clean-up answer is always the same: “soon.”
Eventually, overarching costs and unpaid taxes lead to defaults & bankrupcies, as the owners walk away with the cash. This is pretty much the game plan for many green energy operations.

Maybe the solution is to start suing the proponents of these non-recyclable green energy materials for environmental damages. They do that to the current energy companies. Time for the greens to be held responsible for the damages green energy is doing.

Those windmill blades need to line the hallways of the government offices that enabled the con. They also need to be jammed through the walls of the houses of those who profited from the scam.

Rehoboth Beach, Delaware would be a good place to dump these wind turbine blades.

On Joe Biden’s many vacation trips to his home at Rehoboth, he could put his “I DID THAT” sticker on each of the blades.

I was just telling my husband about the problem with recycling the fiberglass windmill blades and he said, “yeah, we have the same problem with recycling old fiberglass boats.’’
