The mix of the news from France this week includes the issue of migration and the massive trafficking in migrants through France and in some cases across the English Channel to UK.
The British government is now paying France to help police the massive migrant influx.

Do you do insightfull commentary? Am I missing it somewhere?
Give me a couple of lines of pithy info. Some connect the dots sort of thing. Headlines are good but ... help me dig the gems out of the rocks.
That’s what makes FR the best... there are a lot of one liners, but mixed in with commentary that really expounds on the topics. Shares insight. Helps me see the big picture and the micro details.

If England would sink two migrant boats off the coast several days apart and not deal with the bodies until some wash up on shore, then send them back to country of origin in body bags the invasion would stop and the loss of life would be much less than the continuing drownings and accidental sinkings. This is, in fact world war and only one side is fighting.

O no ... everybody is fighting ... just not on the conventional battle field.
We are still in the propaganda and currency portion of the conflict.
Every one is trying to buy boardwalk and put houses on ventor avenue . Watch the DAX and the currency indexes, oil and gold are key indicators of the sway of the battle also.
It’s getting close to spilling over but not yet. Africa is just coming into play. South America is still on slow bubble.
India and Pakistan are still to cool.
The BRICKs meeting will set several things in motion .... ripples in the pond.

“Our side” is fighting in Ukraine in the wrong place against the wrong enemy. We are depleting our military resources without the massive industrial capacity or access to raw materials that we enjoyed in 1941. Xi is smiling very smugly. Our enemies are physically invading us on the southern border and to a lesser extent from Canada, too, and we are welcoming them and depleting our resources to see that they are all comfortable and have free everything. We are depleting our oil reserves while destroying our ability to ramp up production rapidly. You can’t run bombers and aircraft carriers on solar power. We are not fighting. We are offering both cheeks to be smitten.
Since the article uses the word "migrant", that must mean that these people had already filled out the appropriate paperwork and that paperwork was already approved, BEFORE these people got into the boat. True?
The article does not mention what happened to the 50 others. Were they returned to France or point of origin, or did they get dumped in England? I hope their paperwork didn't get wet as a result of the mishap.

Conservatives need all the good commentators and news men we can get.... but headlines only go so far.
Give us the scoop, tie the ends together, draw us the picture.
Connect the dots... I’m not trying to discourage you, on the contrary I’m trying to spur you on.
Take a shot at it ... can you tie some of these things together, tell us who, why what, What do you see coming down the pike. PITHY commentary ... put some meat on that bone.
