We will own nothing because we will burn your house down, kill your family, and take your land.

And you will be happy.

The only thing that can ruin ocean front property is the ocean.

Because libtards love seaside properties on the “rising coastlines”
Haven’t you noticed? They spend tens of millions for mansions after preaching down to others about fake climate change

Is it too soon to say SPJNK regarding these vultures?

Can you imagine calling up a family that has just seen their home burn to the ground and offering to buy their land for below market value?
Yes, and I don't see the problem. Some families are not going to want to deal with the headaches of dealing with insurance to get their houses rebuilt, living in a rental in the meantime. They will do their own cost/benefit analysis, decide what is best for them, and make their own decisions -that's what adults do. They do not need meddling politicians treating them like nursery school children or hothouse flowers.

It does suggest the question, “What actually caused the fire in the first place?” and “How accidental was it?”

All the land in Hawaii is owned. It does not come up for sale very often. So if its for sale now at any price. Someone will buy. In Hawaii people own their homes but someone else owns the land. It is more like Scotland than anywhere else in America.

It’s land for a sad and tragic as it is in Maui for the people buying the land they know they can always rebuild on top of it.

The competition for the land there is going to be strong, although most of them are on the same team. 0prah wants it as a buffer to the Maui property she already owns, to keep the peasants away. The WEF and Blackrock want it to build a ‘15 minute Smart City’ for the elites. The Governor of Hawii wants it for probably the same reason.
Last year Bill Gates (who is Majority Stockholder of Four Seasons Hotels) wanted to build a Four Seasons Resort there, but the city council turned him down.. Well, that situation has changed too.
