I wouldn’t mind if drunk drivers doing such things got the firing squad.
I’ve had family grossly maimed from a drunk driver.

"along Interstate 95 at a speed of more than 95 miles per hour"
In the 70's, when the national 55MPH speed limit was in effect they ran a PSA in FL, "remember, 95 is a highway but 55 is the limit". Though driving 55 was considered an act of weakness 🙄🙂

Did he have a live alligator in the back seat?
If not, I’m a no, he’s not going on to the next round.

“Cars usually have 4”
I’m glad they gave us that piece of information. It makes it easier to understand the story.

Fast Eddie did the same back in the early 80’s in his ‘76 Regal.
The front tire blew and he drove it until the front wheel was completely compressed around the brake rotor. The wheel stopped turning and became a ski, and was blowing a stream of sparks 20’ in the air.
I was told it was quite a sight!😒

One early Sunday morning about 50 years ago, as my friend was hurrying to get back to his base, we went through most of South Carolina doing 105.

Tesla has a three-wheeled mini car.
I don't know if you can actually buy one.
Three wheeled minicars were not uncommon in Europe in the 50s when materials were scarce and the auto industry wasn't up to speed.
They may be making a comeback.

You can do that safely, sort of, in an old Citroen DX with hydro-pnumatic suspension.
