A news release last week from the Department of Education announced Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities and Minority-Serving Institutions are eligible for a pot of almost $100 million in grants for infrastructure improvement and what the release calls “improved student outcomes for underserved students.”

Improve outcomes? Is that code for "give them all A's"... Just do it Biden. Everyone's figured out the corrupt system. Favoritism for the kids of elites and favoritism for the kids of the pets that keep white liberals in power. The people most hurt by this insanity are black students and 'underserved' students who actually EARN their good grades. Kids who will forever be painted with the brush of 'not earning their spots' ...
