Vladimir Saldo, Russian appointed governor of the occupied Kherson region says 12 missiles were fired at the bridge in the Heniches'k strait and 9 were shot down. The gas pipeline next to it was also hit, leaving 20.000 people without gas (he claims). Damage is being specified.

I am confident that Putin was informed of 9 out of 12 missiles being shot down.

“12 missiles were fired at the bridge in the Heniches’k strait”

That seems well out of HIMARS range, and would be a lot of Storm Shadows.

Maybe it is a high priority for a good reason.

Kremlin snuffbox
Russian missiles “Dagger” and “Caliber” destroyed dummies of military aircraft in Ukraine

During the recent massive missile attack on Ukraine, our army made a mistake and hit fake Su-24 aircraft instead of real enemy military equipment. We were told about this by two sources in the Ministry of Defense.

According to them, on the evening of Saturday, August 5, “Daggers” and “Caliber” launched a massive attack on the Ukrainian air base in the city of Starokonstantinov (Khmelnytsky region).

The infrastructure was damaged, in addition, the command was informed about the destruction of 12 Ukrainian Su-24 bombers.

These planes are a priority target as they carry Storm Shadow missiles.

Such missiles are very difficult to shoot down by Russian air defense, and they inflict enormous damage on our army by shelling rear territories. including Crimea.

“Unfortunately, the strike failed. Satellite images and data from our agents indicate that we were deceived. We destroyed dummies of aircraft, spending very important missiles on them. Especially for the Kinzhalov,” said one of our interlocutors.

On the night of August 6, attacks on Ukraine continued. Caliber, Geran drones and Kh-101 air-launched missiles hit the same Starokonstantinov and a base near Dubno (Rivne region of Ukraine).

Some of the missiles and UAVs were shot down by the enemy, some hit near the targets, but some hit where it was planned.

On Sunday afternoon, it turned out that more than 15 dummies of aircraft were also destroyed there and not a single real bomber or fighter.

Now the military is figuring out how this could happen, and are preparing to “clean up” the agents in Ukraine, which provided them with incorrect data.

By the way, most likely, it was the planes, instead of which the dummies were destroyed, that struck the Chongar bridge on Sunday, August 6. We will tell you more about this state of emergency later.
