That seems well out of HIMARS range, and would be a lot of Storm Shadows.
Maybe it is a high priority for a good reason.
Yet the hole in the road in the bottom image looks more line a HIMARS hit than a Storm Shadow ...
My guess is 3 Storm Shadows were fired and none were shot down.
