That was my first impression as well, but I am no expert - just what I got from watching the slow demolition of the Antonivsky Bridge with HIMARS strikes.

So maybe it was air dropped munitions of some type on the Henisheck Bridge from the Arabat Spit as well. Russians may have been lying about missiles (were their lips moving?)
