According to the pic below, it took 92 HIMARs hits to shut down then antonovsky bridge.
It would be nice if there were a car next to the crater below. My vote is Storm Shadow.

That was my first impression as well, but I am no expert - just what I got from watching the slow demolition of the Antonivsky Bridge with HIMARS strikes.
