Q. What is “witness tampering”?
A. It’s whatever that judge wants it to be.
So maybe Trump mentions something about some witness. That’s called free speech. Except that this judge calls it witness tampering instead.
A couple of months ago someone here predicted that Trump will unfairly end up in a jail cell. I thought that poster was being overly dramatic. I don’t think that any more.
The other 95% are already predisposed against him.

The judge just tainted the case by implying that Trump might engage in witness tampering. She may as well have warned him about robbing banks, trying to start a revolution, or murdering someone who doesn’t support him politically.

Judge Moxie Upthepoopshoot needs to warn the DOJ about witness tampering, and withholding exculpatory evidence.
