Bengals, who is just starting out in the legal "big leagues" made a serious error. And unless that law firm can clean things up, her career will be forever tarnished. So, the judge has given them til 9:00pm Tuesday to come up with a good explanation.

So it sounds like these Delaware lawyers are used to doing whatever they want and just getting away with it.

“You can ignore reality, but you can’t ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.”
— Ayn Rand

The Left isn’t a big believer in either reality or consequences. They want to say stuff and do stuff. And they figure as long as they end up winning, nothing else really matters.

But it feel like they’re aren’t winning this one quite yet.

Kabuki.

Hillary has a call in to the Suicide Hotline and the judge knows it. I assume this judge’s career is over and the DNC machine will destroy her.

Furious?

How about having her bailiff take the attorneys into custody for felony obstruction of justice ? ? ?

Refer them for prosecution, and their client too.

“And unless that law firm can clean things up, her career will be forever tarnished.”

Sounds more like a resume enhancer for a big league liberal law firm.

Remember attorney Kevin Clinesmith? He filed false documents with a FISA court and pleaded guilty to forgery in order to justify a wiretap of Carter Page during the Russia collusion scam run by Clinesmith and other bureaucrats. The judge sentenced him to 12 months probation and 400 hours of community service. Through some legal maneuvering, knowing he would be convicted, Clinesmith suspended his own law license, avoiding disbarment. After his 12 months of probation was completed, he returned to practicing law. The DC Court of Appeals Board of Professional Responsibility, which oversees all sanctions against lawyers, agreed to what amounts to a lawyer’s plea deal that doesn’t permit them from imposing further sanctions.

I suspect Ms. Bengals is losing no sleep. The bar takes care of its own.

Certainly she could do more to them than that, ie; move to have both the DOJ and defense legal teams disbarred. Show some balls judge!

Hunter Biden’s legal team is facing possible sanctions after they lied about their identity.

As Joe Biden calls it a Delaware deal.

Nothing is to low for that tribe.

Bengals was no first year employee. She is 18 years out of law school and in charge of making sure filings done properly. She is based in New York, Not Delaware.

Jessica L. Bengels
Director of Litigation Services, Litigation Services Counsel

As the Managing Attorney of Litigation Services in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, Ms. Bengels renders advice on a wide range of procedural issues and strategic concerns arising in all stages of the litigation process. In addition to providing detailed analyses of federal, state and local rules of procedure, Ms. Bengels oversees the filing process to ensure compliance with all court requirements and guides the litigation process from commencement to resolution.

It is her job to make sure filings are done right and she was doing the opposite.

As I noted in another thread, she should be perp walked.
