On March 3, an illegal bio lab was discovered in a believed-to-be vacant building in Reedley, California in Fresno County. City code enforcement stumbled upon the building in December 2022 when they discovered a garden hose running up into the building through a hole in the wall. In March, they obtained a warrant to inspect the property, and in April, the Fresno County Department of Public Health ordered an inspection of the facility.
Investigators inspected the building that contained the lab in July and found a room used to make COVID-19 tests and pregnancy tests. They also found over 35 freezers and refrigeration units that contained “thousands of bodily fluids, serums, tissues, and other medical items.”
Over 900 mice were located at the facility. Court documents identify Wang Zhaolin as the Prestige representative onsite during the investigation. Zhaolin informed the investigators that “these mice were genetically engineered to catch and carry the COVID-19 virus.” Court documents describe the conditions under which the mice were housed as “inhumane.”
From May 2 through May 4, the CDC’s Division of Select Agents and Toxins inspected 850 I Street. Court documents confirm the CDC found potentially infectious agents at the location. These included both bacterial and viral agents, including chlamydia, E. Coli, streptococcus pneumonia, hepatitis B and C, herpes 1 and 5 and rubella. The CDC also found samples of malaria.

There’s a lot more to this story than we’re being told or that the local authorities even realize. What do we think the scores of military age Chinese men are doing coming over the southern boarder? Working in the local restaurant? They’re setting up these labs. Bio-terrorism is the new terrorism.

My adult son had a short term assignment in Fresno in November 2019. He returned with symptoms that were just like the signature symptoms of Covid-19. Yet this was BEFORE the Wuhan Flu became acknowledged.
Coincidence? It would be interesting to see a heat map of Wuhan Flu cases from the Fresno area early on.

DIY biology labs are nothing new. There is a community of biology hobbyists.
However, this is not a typical DIY biology lab. People are not allowed to purchase just anything. Some purchases are allowable but monitored while attempts to purchase some items will automatically alert the FBI.
For example, if you are a gardening enthusiast and you order castor bean seeds for your garden, your name and address will be recorded. This is because ricin can be extracted from castor beans. But if you try to purchase Yersinia pestis (which causes plague aka the black death) from a microbiology supply company, you will likely end up on an FBI watch list.
So the question here is where these clandestine researchers acquired their supplies. I don’t think mice engineered to be infectable with human-adapted SARS-CoV-2 are generally available outside of the research community. However, a lab in China supplies those mice to researchers in China—could they have somehow gotten mice from that lab? Or acquired similar mice from an American lab through non-standard channels? How did they get pathogens which are NOT for sale to the general public?
Well, I’m certain the FBI is looking into those questions.
How do the Chinese pull this off? Easy:

Result: Chinese who could fly into LA for much less are given documentation... for going through the Biden/Cartel rope a dope. And the stupid bimbos of the New York Times, Washington Post and MSNBC feels so feminine 'helping ' the poor migrants who risk their lives to cross a river.

If you are running a clandestine lab, why *wouldn’t* you use an abandoned building? No one bothers with abandoned buildings. Other than kids who love to tag abandoned structures and homeless squatters who might not bother trying to get in if it is locked securely, abandoned buildings are typically ignored.
On the other hand, going through legal channels to get a building properly purchased and titled, having utilities connected, etc., automatically puts the building under a certain level of official observation. It tells the government who owns the building, which may not be information that clandestine researchers want known.
As for the electricity, they might have been using generators or tapping illegally into the city power supply.
