The White House announced the release of a research plan on solar radiation modification (SRM) on Friday that suggests the “possible deployment” of solar geoengineering techniques to mitigate the effects of climate change.
The report was published by the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), to provide a research plan for “solar and other rapid climate interventions” in response to a congressional mandate in the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2022. The use of SRM techniques that would block or filter sunlight is being explored as a “potential complement to other tools available to address climate change.”

There's much deeper thought that can be said in response, but let's summarize it this way: their fear of sunlight, indeed any light, especially The Light, makes them spiritually dead, decaying kin of Golum. And though we can't smell it, a stench attaches to them, and though we can't see it, they go about on all fours.

I remember the 1970s when plans were being made to increase absorption of the sun’s rays to stop THE COMING ICE AGE!
The plan was to mine coal, grind it to dust, mix it with oil and spray it on the arctic ice fields to increase the temp of the earth which was cooling due to THE COMING ICE AGE!
But soon there was found another way...

Right up there with Biden’s plans for a trans Pacific Ocean railroad. Even if the hare brained scheme were remotely possible imagine the possibilities for unintended consequences on the climate. We are to believe that the climate is on a knife edge tipping point and a few part per million increases in a single trace gas in the atmosphere, CO2, will cause the oceans to boil. How could this scheme possibly not get out of hand and deliver real disaster climate change.
