Cocaine was discovered in the White House library (exact location subject to convenient change). So WHO was the perp who left it there? Investigators are mystified over this and as yet have absolutely no clue as to the identity of the perp despite video cameras recording everyone going in and out of the White House library (again that location is subject to convenient change).

I think that the cocaine find is a set up, an inside job, intended to put Hunter back in rehab, away from any court room, for as long as his father is in office.
