On Friday, a federal judge in Massachusetts ruled a shirt that read "THERE ARE ONLY TWO GENDERS" could be construed as bullying of a protected class and is not protected speech after a 12-year-old and his father filed suit against officials in the Middlesbrough Public School district for First and Fourteenth Amendment rights violations.
Judge Indira Talwani said in the court ruling, the boy and his father had "not established a likelihood of success on the merits where he is unable to counter Defendants’ showing that enforcement of the Dress Code was undertaken to protect the invasion of the rights of other students to a safe and secure educational environment."
"School administrators were well within their discretion to conclude that the statement 'THERE ARE ONLY TWO GENDERS' may communicate that only two gender identities–male and female–are valid, and any others are invalid or nonexistent," the ruling continued, "and to conclude that students who identify differently, whether they do so openly or not, have a right to attend school without being confronted by messages attacking their identities."

Judge ignores fact of linguistics (for several languages) that there are THREE genders of language usage: masculine, feminine, and neutral - one of which applies, [sometimes - ‘in the old ways’] depending upon whom is addressed, or a topic.
Judge dismisses the fact of human life, that fantasies (wishful thinking) cannot change the X chromosome to a Y, nor a Y to an X; despite the arrogance of judges, lawyers, politicians, progressives, and so-called ‘medical professionals.’

Ours now seems to be even narrower. How could there be no protection for such an innocuous statement on a shirt?
And urinating on a representation of Christ or burning an American flag was called “protected speech.” What “speech” was involved in that?

Patriots are reminded that the only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect limits the scope of such protections to voting rights issues, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.
"19th Amendment:The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
So the real problem here is that we've got a worthless, corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress that lets activist judges get away with legislating constitutionally unprotected LGBT "rights" from the bench, politically correct “rights” that are wrongly being used to trump constitutionally enumerated protections.
Regarding 2024 elections, the next step is for Democratic and Republican patriots to primary as many of our beloved state and federal lawmakers and executives as we can.
After all, they have once again shown that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.
Trump can endorse candidates that Constitution-savvy partiots recommend as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.
The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.
The idea of “protected classes” needs to be struck down as a violation of the constitutional ideal of the equal protection of the laws for everybody.
