Joe Biden is having Donald Trump ARRESTED! But, EVERYONE has the law wrong! Former Presidents can decide what documents are personal and which are presidential. This was decided by a OBAMA Judge ruling. and it all started with Bill Clinton.

Are the lawyers going to keep trying to shove this “case law” precedent in our faces, or is there going to be a reasoned and consistent interpretation of the law that makes sense to the non-lawyers out here that make up jury pools?
A law too arcane or complex to be explained to the general public is no law at all, but a planned trap for the unwary.
I think it comes down to which side can shout the loudest, which in practice means which side has the MSM on its side.

So why then do they support Biden given he took classified documents while a senator, not even president, and he took them while VP?

A lot of Catholic priests went that route when they couldn’t wriggle out of the evidence and testimony against them in the child abuse cases. Biden will do it too.

All Biden has to do to claim Alzheimer’s as a defense is to simply point to the latest claim from right wing media.

The ruling is NOT precedent. Rulings of District Courts are not binding on other District Courts. Only rulings of the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and SCOTUS have precedential authority over the District Court for the Southern District of Florida, though rulings of other circuit courts could be “persuasive authority.”
