Like the Oahu Island used to be double the size and one day, half of it collapsed!

That's what's amazing in this time of billionaires. Even with billions of dollars, a guy like Bill Gates can't get a date. And guys like Jeff Bezos get engaged to floozies like Lauren Sanchez (who herself is full of botox because she is insecure about the way she looks).

Every house should have a basement. Of course you don’t want the water table to rise up too far…flooding is not fun. JFK had fallout shelters for fear of Nuclear War. Underground rooms are ultra insulated. Long live the basement. For the wealthy, it is just another kid’s playhouse. Ant colonies are cool. Underground cities are just ant colonies for humans. Basements are cool; attics are hot.
