That's exactly what they did with Coronavirus.

The U.S. government has been working on Coronavirus as a biological weapons platform since 1965, and they had the chimeric virus and "vaccine" ready-to-roll long before the plandemic.

In the video below (shortened version included for an overview) Dr. David Martin chronicles its development, and he has the receipts; patents, journal articles, direct quotes of pharma executives, etc.

I saw this guy’s presentation.

I’s amazing it hasn’t gone further. If what he says is not true, it would be easy to prove. His references are historical patent filings. So I’m thinking it is true.
