Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissed Kari Lake’s lawsuit against the stolen 2022 Midterm Election late Monday night, following a three day trial exposing election misconduct and fraudulent mail-in ballot signature verification.
The new Minute Entry states, “rather than trying to cast doubt on a specific number of ballots (a herculean evidentiary endeavor in these circumstances), she attempts to prove that the signature review process for Maricopa County was not conducted pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-550(A) or the EPM.”
Kari Lake attorney Kurt Olsen told the Court, “11 of the signature verification workers approved 170k signatures at a rate of less than 0 and 2.99 seconds with a 99.97% approval rating.” Later, in closing argument, Olsen revealed that “there were approximately 274,000 ballot signatures compared and verified in less than three seconds.”
Olsen also concluded that AT LEAST 70,000 mail-in ballots were not properly verified in accordance with Arizona law, and therefore the election must be set aside. The bogus election was called by roughly 17,000 votes.
Maricopa County signature reviewer Jacqueline Onigkeit testified that she saw a large number of signatures on ballot affidavits that were different names than the voter...
“ballots were sent back to level one reviewers by direct supervisors and full-time County employees” because they were too “overwhelmed” by the number of rejections, said Onikgeit.

Despite the evidence, Maricopa County attorneys and the Judge disregarded the employees who did not follow the law. Instead, they claimed the testimony of Lake’s witnesses — signature verification workers who chose to follow the law — proved that the mail-in ballot system is secure.
Judge Thompson opines, “Ms. Onigkeit’s testimony makes abundantly clear that level one and level two signature review did take place in some fashion.”

Perhaps not enough info here, but if those numbers are correct the judge is corrupt and must be um…reprimanded.
The judiciary is corrupt everywhere...
It’s easy to assume there are some powerful political forces affecting the judge’s decision. I suspect threats of some sort, such as exposing dirt or outright threats of violence. Or a payoff.
The cartels have deep pockets, other forms of persuasion, and a history of owning countries, provinces, states, cities.
IMHO, the judge set this up to be overturned...if Lake has the cajone’s to go the distance.
Thus far, I’m becoming a Lake supporter and would - right now - consider her for 2024 Republican POTUS.
If ballots don’t work anymore they are leaving only one choice.

Powerful criminal political forces, in fact. With vested interests in keeping the stolen election(s) status quo.
No sounds like this judge deserves much more severe punishment, much more.
At every level, fed / state / local, they all are invested in protecting the system, whatever the cost to liberty and the rule of law.
Who exactly will reprimand this judge ??
Did you ever consider you are being played by people who keep filing these lawsuits and never win while consistently asking for money to keep the fight going ??
If you added up the record of people like Kari Lake, Trump and Mike Lindell who keep filing these lawsuits, they are worse than the Washington Generals.
One day, hopefully soon, Republicans will realize it’s the classic definition of insanity to keep repeating the same actions over and over and expecting the outcome to change.
I thought that the judge would rule that Lake’s attorneys file the case using 19” paper when the court requires 20” for filings.... but what do I know?
