Flailing Fox News has revealed who will get Tucker Carlson’s 8 PM slot and announced several other changes to its primetime lineup are on the way.
According to The Drudge Report, Sean Hannity, who has been with the network since it’s inception in 1996, will be moving into Tucker’s old slot. Jesse Watters and Greg Gutfeld will also see their hours shuffled as well and move into primetime.
A source for Fox News called the new line-up “our boldest and most fearsome ever.”
Such a comment brings to mind an old quote by former President Lyndon Baines Johnson: Don’t p**s on my boots and tell me its raining.

Still a lot of Bushies out there.
How did you manage to watch that repetitous host every night? I just couldn't take him repeating himself contantly. I have never watched Hannity; and, I turned to FOX at its very inception.
I am gone now. No one I'm interested in at all, with the exception of Maria Bartiromos's Sunday Morning Futures on Sunday mornings.
After the 2020 election, I noticed that Laura went really soft on her comverage, so I don't watch her any more.
I liked Laura better before the injected Ubangi enlarged lips.
Sean needs a hand picked “please clap” audience now that Rush has passed. Rush was his show prep.
and Gutfeld always has to try way too hard for cheap laughs.
The thing is, Gutfeld really doesn’t need the cheap laughs, I think he’s an intelligent enough person that he does have a lot to say that’s relevant.
Given his time slot, I can understand the off-color material, some of it is a bit too much, some is pretty funny. It’s at the liberal’s expense, after all.
I enjoy his guests, along with regulars Kat and Tyrus, but sometimes I think even they cringe at some of his comments.
She can’t seem to get enough of the facial surgery. Same with Judge Janine who no longer resembles herself.
Sean’s first show will be him running off a list of why he should have been in this time slot all along.
I wonder if the Murdock idiots will bring back Alan Combs to partner again with Hannity. It was so successful before.
Now that would be one heck of a trick.
Fox will do anything to save its a$$.
LOL. They replaced Tucker with Captain Controlled Opposition. Smart move.
You’re right about Sean, he was pretty damn hard to take, but I liked hearing what some of his guests had to say about current events. For a long time there was really no other channel that had a republican/conservative bent. So I trudged through all the Hannity self-love to stay informed. I’m also a talk radio fan and still listen to Mark Levin daily. I was a long time ditto head also.
I’ve left Fox for good, but they slowly but surly left me first.
I am amused at all of the folks rushin to comment on this thread….to say that they are not watching/not going to watch.
Why would someone do that? It’s virtue signaling the likes of which you usually see on liberal threads of Twitter.
Has it dawned on any of you that an old audience that spends no money is not really a good formula for long term success?
Well, Alan Colmes is dead, so unlikely to see that happen.
Still not buying a TV. Icky.
Agreed.
If they really wanted to make some media waves they would bring back Bill O’Reilly...
LOL, there is a lot of virtue signaling on Free Republic.
Any mention of Fox News or Fox personalities, brings out tons of people, rushing to say they never watch Fox, they hate Hannity, etc. etc.
I can’t stand Kat Timfp for a second. What a waste of a chair, always with the same stupid shtick and nothing useful to say. And Tyrus... Blah blah blah blah blah. I’m not a fake wrestling fan at all.
Nope, can’t watch Gutfeld or The 5.
I was already tired of Hannity. He gets on my nerves the way he interrupts the guests all the time and doesn’t let them get their point across. He bores me. ….and I never read his posts.
Good old reliable fake conservative deep state Sean...
Add to this that it looks pretty clear he is the PR guy for the deep state and the republican establishment, when they want to pass a message on to conservatives. Wray and the FBI, Lindsey Grahamnesty, McConnell, Barr types of people come to Hannity to spread their PR.
Hannity was trustworthy and interesting about 20 or 30 years ago. I used to listen to him on radio and also his early shows on Fox.
