Since Biden is little more than a front man for a highly motivated team of political operatives led by former President Barack Obama or the diabolic WEF Klaus Schwab or some equally malevolent dark political entity, the country has been seized by the totalitarian clique as his administration targets the First Amendment as if free speech is tyrannical permitting government to criminalize political dissent. At the same time, the Biden Administration has allowed an invasion of titanic proportions at the southern border as UN-funded NGO’s threaten US sovereignty with an expected infiltration of up to one million illegal immigrants awaiting the potential lifting of Title 42 on May 11th.

Robert Kennedy made clear that JFK was not pulling us out of Vietnam, and we would not have gotten into Vietnam if Nixon had won, it was JFK who put our troops there.

For 13 years from 1950 when Truman sent the advisors and through 2 terms of Eisenhower, we had advisors and everything was fine, it was JFK who sent in 16,000 troops.

The Kennedys made the same mistake a lot of folks around here make—they confused the official power of the President with the real power of the President.

There was a unelected and unaccountable Deep State then and there is one now.

JFK (and Bobbie later) just learned it the hard way.

My view is that there are some stunning secrets being kept—stuff that noone here even wants to talk about for fear of being ridiculed.

The concept—if you want to check it out for yourself—”Breakaway Civilization”.

There have been entire books explaining the JFK policy on Vietnam.

At first he supported intervention—then just before his assassination he changed his mind.

This is very well documented in a stream of executive orders.

“””Robert Heinlein’s idea of Starship Troopers had some merit, IMO. Space/airborne troopers dropped off into hot zones in huge numbers as needed.”””

It better be a tiny hot zone, an actual army will chew up an Airborne division pretty quickly.

The left has done everything it can to always make JFK be on what came to be seen as the correct view, including trying to turn Vietnam from JFK’s desire, into making him the hero who would have ended his own Vietnam war during the next 11 months while campaigning for president at the same time.

“His brother said in a 1964 oral history that John F. Kennedy never thought about pulling out of Vietnam”

That’s what battlefield prep is for.

JFK was the deep state, it is what put him into the presidency.

Where do you think this immigration came from, it came from the stolen 1960 election.

That kind of “battlefield prep” sounds like the war is over and you only need a light unit to clean things up.

How does the Airborne defeat Russian and Chinese armies by itself?

I’d say your assessment of history is the correct one. JFK got the foothold in Vietnam, LBJ ramped it up into a war.

RFK Jr won’t run as a spoiler. He won’t have to though. If he garners significant support among Democrats, the Establishment WILL screw him over just like the screwed Bernie over in 2016.

That will push a lot of his supporters to vote for Trump. Already a significant portion of them have said that if the Democrat nominee is not RFK Jr, they will vote for Trump. The two of them agree on several major issues.

Outside of WW I & II and some aspects of Korea, our historic wars and actions were never direct major enemy interaction. Where we erred is by trying to keep up foreign based infrastructure to support isolated skirmish actions with the usual political blundering and meddling as with so many of them since Viet Nam.

If we are content with trotting out a B-2 or other exotically expensive platform for ‘show’ in a podunk attack, then we could think about a larger long-distance response instead of maintaining all these foreign bases and infrastructure that are vulnerable over time.

Wrong thing to do, closing bases.

Yes, bring troops home, but rebuild our military.

We need to be able to protect and defend ourselves.

Radical leftist proposes an even worse US foreign policy than Biden.

Could he pull-off withhdrawal from one-world foreign interventions like the Ukraine without unilaterally disarming us? I’d hate to see us invaded by China or Canada and unable to fight back.

Not sure what you were trying to say there, but it didn’t make any sense.

China doesn’t have to invade us, it just needs to over time come to control the other parts of the world, then they control us along with everyone, and everything else.

Either that or his role in the Bay of Pigs invasion disaster in Cuba.

I've heard so many theories.

* The Mafia did it, because RFK was going after them.

* The South Vietnamese did it, because JFK had a hand in the assassination of Ngo Dinh Diem.

* The Mossad did it, because JFK tried to prevent Israel from getting The Bomb.

* The Soviets did it, because JFK was a Cold Warrior (e.g., the Berlin Wall speech, the Cuban Missile Crisis).

* JBJ did it, because he wanted to be president. (No coincidence JFK was killed in Texas.)

But the most convincing argument I ever read was in Liberty magazine for The Lone Gunman Theory. The article presented a pretty impressive case.

Wonderful. Close the bases, create a power vacuum and China rolls right on in.
