Sheriff's deputies appeared today seeking unsuccessfully to serve legal papers in connection with a civil lawsuit brought against Bundy by St. Luke's Hospital based in Boise.
They are seeking 7.5 million dollars over Bundy's protest at the hospital in defense of Baby Cyrus Anderson last year.
The matter already adjudicated in criminal court.
A judge issuing a default judgment in favor of the regional medical business giant today.
Meanwhile the invitation to tonight's cookout also inviting people to camp out on the grounds of Mr. Bundy's home...

They want 7.5 million from Ammon Bundy for protesting the taking of a baby over alleged neglect proven not to be the case a rare medical condition the actual issue.
This matter of Bundy protesting at the hospital already dealt with in criminal court this civil suit on top of it.
This is punishment for running as an independent last year against Little for government a punishment by legal process.
You need lawyers to shut down the massive lawsuit the cost of lawyers inflicted on the lawsuit target.

And this is another absolute bullsh*t "process" the courts use. If you don't show up, you automatically lose. I think this has more to do with the Courts wanting to force "respect" out of the people than it has to do with justice.
I don't know what Ammon Bundy did, but I very greatly doubt it legitimately cost these people 7.5 million dollars.
I don’t think so either it has do with political power in the state Bundy as an independent in the governor’s election and also Bundy opposing masks, lockdowns and forcing people to get COVID shots.
