He was fired. On Friday's show he ended by saying, "See you Monday".
Given that they “settled”with Dominion, I would say that like CNN, they’re now on the government’s payroll. As such, they don’t really need viewers.
I will continue to not watch FOX News as I continue to not drink Bud Lite.

You assume that I meant only on a podcast. Cable is dying anyway. His media empire could be far larger than 350 mil if he tries. Could you imagine a nightly video and audio podcast for 2-3 hours with Tucker and a few rotating people in and out like Rogan? He’d slay it. Huge names would come by and be happy to play along long format. Maybe 10x is too low a bar. He wouldn’t have some razor company or buy gold ads, he would set the bar very high. Getting off of FOX may be the best move now. Now add in all of the other deals a guy like Tucker could pull in. Huge deals, RUMBLE is about to set fire to YouTUBE anyway. Just remember DANA WHITE and Vince McMahan just merged WWE and UFC, and they are not little wuss lefties. They may go full on against FOX News with their media empire. Lots of great conservatives out there. Don’t doubt that people are out there with money and influence who may be changing things. FOX may be done, but the movement goes on.

Secondly, Unfortunately, me too. One of the most important stories from last week was the fact that the DNC decided to have no presidential candidate debate(s) during the primary season. I didn’t remember seeing any report on Fox News, or reading any such report on the Fox news website. Thus, I googled to see if there was any such report on Fox News. There wasn’t. That’s inexcusable because the DNC’s refusing to allow debates, combined with the way the DNC rigged the primary season to have the South Carolina primary be the first and basically shut out the New Hampshire primary and the Iowa caucuses, shows the complete Sovietization of the DNC. That ought to have been a truly major political development reported by Fox News. That it wasn’t reported shows FNC is truly in the bag now with the Democrats. I’m totally disgusted.

Even if the Tucker firing wasn’t officially part of the Dominion settlement, they may be related. It may be as simple as the bean counters at Fox News figured they couldn’t afford to pay Tucker $35 million/year while also paying the $787 vote cheat settlement.
Still no official comment from Tucker? Or did I miss something?
FOXNEWS lost big in the ratings after their coverage of the 2020 election, and Tucker brought them back. His leaving won’t destroy them, but it will be interesting to watch their ratings now.
Apparently, Tucker showed up and expected to go on today but was preparing segments about the lawsuits and rebutting the 60 Minutes story on Epps, and he was told he couldn’t do that. So he quit.
