It’s not surprising that in a country of a third of a billion people there is going to be a significant number of people with a mental illness, including a serious mental illness such as “trangenderism”. What is disconcerting — even dangerous to civil society — is that so many people, particularly those in positions of power and influence, rather than helping these seriously mentally ill people get the help they so desperately need — help that is readily available — instead pander to their serious illness.

Censorship is never the solution. But if publications and other things that give "crazies" bad ideas then all kinds of books, movies, and video games would have to be censored.
Books about communism, revolutions, intolerant religious and anti-religious tracts would all need to be censored.
