GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX)—
There wasn’t a seat left in the house during Tina Peters’ sentencing hearing for a class three misdemeanor for obstruction of government operations stemming from an incident captured on police body cam at a Grand Junction bagel shop more than a year ago while DA investigators tried to execute a search warrant for Peters’ iPad.
The former clerk is sentenced to serve 120 hours of community service, four months of home detention with electronic monitoring, and pay more than $700 in court costs and restitution. Both sides claim victory after the prosecution wanted Peters behind bars. District Attorney Dan Rubinstein says, “I was surprised at how harsh the judge’s sentencing was. I was expecting between two and five days in jail.”

Peters uncovered hard evidence of election tampering by democrat SoS Jena Griswold in the 2020 election. She imaged election hard drives showing drive contents both before and after Dominion "updates". Files, required to be kept under Colorado election law for 25 months after the election, were deleted.
Peters would take her show on the road with Mike Lindell. It was while she was on his 24 hour marathon explaining the discrepancies that agents raided her home and the home of her assistant. She still faces federal felony charges that she will go to trial over later this year.

Once they had Tina Peters out of the way, the Democrats took the opportunity to rig Mesa County HARD against Lauren Boebert in the 2022 “election”.
A message to others not to produce evidence of election fraud or face persecution.

And part of her actual job description was to image the hard drives. But they had to punish her because the images proved there was monkey business and they couldn’t have that.
She backed up the voting machine data before the election thieves could erase it.

Prior to 2022, I was fascinated with the "why" this happened in Mesa County, a reliably red county. Then Boebert's re-election came up and it became crystal clear.
My God we’re screwed…they got this packed down tight! They will continue to cheat, and all we can do is watch it play in real time. There is nothing we can do. They have the upper hand they’ve got the courts the evil communist lawyers, the money and the government behind supporting them while we have absolutely nobody and nothing to fight back with. They will always manipulate the machines to benefit the rats. Be ready for what is coming in 2024. I warned you all the last time about the fix in 2022 we barely squeaked out the house, and lost royally all across the nation. To this day, they still used and manipulated $$$ social media to gain votes for the Wisconsin supreme court, and they won, and nobody said diddly squat on our side. They ripped us off again. You will never ever see another Republican president in our lifetime and they’re going to fix it to where the Republicans will always have minority status in our country!
More fuel for those that insist that there is no proof of election fraud. (It’s been confiscated, whistleblowers are strung up in the public square as a warning.)
This woman is paying a price for her patriotism. I hope Lindell or someone is helping her with legal expenses.
Prosecuted and persecuted for attempting to actually do her job and obey state and federal law to retaun records for 22 months after elections.

IIRC, Lindell was covering most/all of her legal costs, at least for the federal trials. I don't know if he still is. She's gonna need it for sure. She is certainly paying a high price for her patriotism. This is what it looks like to take a stand. Most aren't willing to do so because they like their stuff too much.
