Tina Peters was found not guilty for obstruction of a peace officer and guilty of obstruction of government operations.

Peters is the former Mesa County Clerk & Recorder here where I live in Western Colorado. You may recall hearing of her due to the fact she imaged local election machine hard drives before and after an update to the machines, clearly showing that files had been altered/deleted that, according to Colorado law, needed to be retained for a certain period.

Peters went on the circuit with Mike Lindell and was on his infomercial that was supposed to expose the cheaters and overturn the results of the 2020 election.

Misdemeanors both, I believe. This is in relation to a tablet she had that she recorded proceedings of, I believe, her assistant who was also charged in the other proceedings against Peters. I'll have to go check what those charges are, but I believe they are more serious. She has a long battle ahead of her yet.
