I went to see Dungeons & Dragons with my 21 year old. A delightful witty comedy with a minimum of bad words. It’s doing very well. When awards season comes movies like these, that people actually enjoy and don’t beat them over the head with political messages, don’t have a chance

I went to the Blue Fox Drive-In Theater and saw both “Super Mario Bros” and “Dungeons and Dragons.” The evening opened up with the “Star Spangled Banner,” and everyone flashing their headlights in tribute. Both made for an incredible night.

There’s a movie recently on Prime……it’s a Western that represents the good and evil in man……..
I only remember one ‘bad’ word…..although there are many conflicted and unsavory characters and somewhat graphic frames…….( not sexual!….like movies of old, some scenes are left to the imagination)

It truly represents ‘evil deeds have consequences’….but is also a bittersweet love story

I really hesitate to recommend movies nowadays……but this one checked a lot of boxes, perhaps because of the excellent acting by the two main characters…and the intelligent prose if the writer.

…but it truly has the most amazing tribute to Prolife I have ever seen
And this movie is getting critical acclaim and positive reviews

Went with the wife. It was a cute movie. No agendas or politics. Just a quick adventure movie with a decent soundtrack and lots of nostalgia. It was a nice escape from the absurdity in the world.

That's what our local drive-ins do.

HD radio vs. Analog radio

Some cars come with what's called "HD" radio. Many AM stations simulcast their programming on an HD station on FM...typically it's "100.7 HD2"...or something like that. My favorite AM station does that so I get their programming with surprisingly good audio quality.

But I don't know if drive in theaters have the ability to broadcast their sound in "HD".
