Some cars come with what's called "HD" radio. Many AM stations simulcast their programming on an HD station on FM...typically it's "100.7 HD2"...or something like that. My favorite AM station does that so I get their programming with surprisingly good audio quality.
But I don't know if drive in theaters have the ability to broadcast their sound in "HD".
