A gigantic OOOPS moment on MSNBC for the guest, law professor Harry Litman, on Nicole Wallace's show when he accidentally blurted out that Alvin Bragg's case against President Donald Trump is... TRIVIAL. Unfortunately for Litman, Wallace called him out on his characterization of the case which caused poor Litman, after his initial shock, to hilariously try claw his way out of his embarrassing situation. OOOOOPS!!!
PING!
Expect more of this as the left checks itself in this ridiculous abuse of office.
“Trivial” is actually a very good description for this one charge repeated over and over 34 times. An objective first-year law student should be able to poke holes in this lead balloon. But then, most “law schools” no longer worthy of the name, have been manufacturing legal mouthpieces with the same bias for several decades now.
DA BRAGG is a member of the affirmative action graduates of one of these diploma mills masquerading as “law schools”.
Uhh oh! He’s lost MSNBC bonus for the week
Like getting a jaywalking ticket and with 34 charges; one for each step taken to cross the street.
Best description I’ve seen. I’m gonna use it.
