Mourning the loss of a beloved pet can be similar to grieving a family member, given that many pet owners consider their pets as members of the family. Some pet owners, after losing a pet, feel deeply lonely, which is the case for a woman who's heartbroken after her beloved dog sadly passed away after a long illness.
After her dog Guada's sudden death, Florencia Abraham was left with a broken heart that only time could heal. That is until a surprise guest paid her a magical visit.

A sign showed up at her door?
“ A sign showed up at her door?”
Yes .
It read, “Caution, Loud Machinery In Use”
STUPID writing.....long illness and sudden death don’t go together.
"sudden death"
Can anyone proofread?
I had an aunt that had things like this happen all the time. Most of us generally assumed that drinking that much beer on top of her blood pressure meds was likely the cause.
God was always showing up and giving her messages, mostly but not always related to pets. Sometimes he would send her on some sort of unusual mission, “Thou shalt have a pizza party...”
It was a STUPID mistake
“Can anyone proofread?”
Not anymore......and editors are apparently a thing of the past.
It’s getting so bad, the scrolling messages at the bottom of the screen during local news casts here routinely displays misspelled words........a byproduct of diversity hiring policies no doubt.
That, and voice-to-text software isn't quite ready for prime time...
I laughed as well. I guess all death is kinda sudden when you do pass, even if you are expecting it.
AI articles appear so well written now because while technology is not much better at it, human skill and editing sunk to the depths of despair of which we witness here by commenters.
Worse, Merriam-Webster will incorporate all the misspellings and grammatical errors in the next edition.
“Living language,” you know.
I have no patience with people who allow a pet to endure a “long illness.” It’s more humane to end their pain IMO. Sure, it’s difficult to do but how can anyone stand to see a pet suffer?

YOU SAID IT!
The closed captioning on some shows I watch starts, stalls out, and by the time it starts up again half of what has been said is lost.
Sometimes the words mis-spelled.
They’re their there
Fletch: Oh, it was. Yeah, it was really a shame. To go so suddenly like that.
Dr. Joseph Dolan: He was dying for years.
Fletch: Sure, but the end was very . . . very sudden.
Dr. Joseph Dolan: He was in intensive care for eight weeks.
Fletch: Yeah, but I mean the very end, when he actually died, that was extremely sudden.
We recently lost our dog and had several completely unexpected “signs”. The first night my wife and I both heard a single bark at 2 am. Tibby had a very distinctive bark and we both knew it was his bark. A few days later my wife was awoken by two very distinct barks from what appeared to be outside. It was 4 am and snowing and the bark was distinct enough that my wife went to the door. There was no one walking their dog and no prints in the fresh snow. About a week later my wife was traveling and when she opened her suitcase there was a dog treat. Her suitcase was stored closed and her clothes had come directly from the drier so we could not think of any way that the treat could have happened to be in her suitcase. We have since adopted a Lab mix rescue puppy.

= = =
Depends on the Proof.
The higher the proof, the ‘better’ the read.
Maybe the new dog had something to do with the demise of the original one.
