The House passed a Parental Rights Bill. Not one democrat voted for it. Among the highlights:
The main component of the bill would require schools to publicly disclose the contents of their curriculum and library materials to parents. Currently, many schools teaching radical ideology do so without the parents’ knowledge.AOC calls parents having rights to what is done with their kids "fascism."Additionally, the bill would establish the right of parents to see their kids’ schools’ expenditures.

The bill would also ensure that parents are notified of, and give consent to, any medical procedure performed on their child on school grounds.
A similar provision would require that parents be notified of any violent activity on school grounds.

There is a move afoot to ban TikTok from the US because it is a risk to the country.
AOC opposes the ban because "It just doesn't feel right to me." And why would it not feel right to AOC?
