On March 19, 2023, Yahoo News published this article, which is called, “A Landlord Got a Low Appraisal. He Is Black, and So Are His Tenants.”

Then on the very next day, March 20, 2023, Yahoo News published this other article, which called, “‘We don’t deserve to be priced out’: Law aims to end gentrification in Black neighborhoods”

So, at the same time, racism is causing the price of housing in black neighborhoods to be both too low, and too high.
The people who see racism everywhere will never be happy with the price of housing in black neighborhoods.
If the price is too low, that’s racism.
But if the price is too high, that’s racism too.
For the people who see racism everywhere, there is no price for housing that is not racist.
No matter what the price is, it is always racist.
This is what happens when you see racism everywhere.
Now I’m going to give my own opinion about the price of housing.
If you’re the buyer, then low prices are a good thing. But if you’re the seller, then low prices are a bad thing.
Likewise, if you’re the seller, then high prices are a good thing. But if you’re the buyer, then high prices are a bad thing.
And the best thing about this is that it applies to all races.
Buyers of every race want the price to be low.
And sellers of every race want the price to be high.
See how that works out? It’s got nothing to do with race. Instead, it’s all about whether a person is the buyer or the seller.
The great thing about my way of seeing this is that it is consistent for every person, every race, every house, every neighborhood, and every price. No matter what the combination of race and price is, my way of viewing this is 100% consistent.
The Marxist, racist approach to affordable housing: keep rents low in the hood by banning private housing renovation rather than by increasing the stock of rentable units.
See the pattern?
Anything that goes against a black’s wishes is racist. That is the new rule book that liberal whites have chosen to bludgeon us with. Of course, we will hardly fight back because to do so would be…yup, you guessed it!
Every home I ever bought or sold came with an appraisal that included a list of real estate comparables – or “comps” complete with pictures of the comparable properties in the specific area that I was looking to buy or sell in. Comps are used to determine the value of a home by comparing it to similar properties sold in the same neighborhood or in an area as close as possible to the house being valued.
If that’s being done I don’t see how an appraisal can be falsified in that way. 🤔

It ain’t new my friend 😏
Gentrification:
Building or remodeling in previously low rent slum neighborhoods , thus raising your property’s value, and pricing out undesirable tenants, such as drug dealers, prostitutes and drug addicts...................
Wherever there is a high concentration of blacks, you will have a high concentration of crime, which lowers the property assessments, which turns to urban blight. This is true EVERYWHERE, throughout the world, wherever there are feral youth.
No where is it worse than in American democrat strongholds (Detroit, Baltimore, Chicago, Houston, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Milwaukie, Atlanta, St. Louis, D.C., etc.).
HOMEOWNER: "I guess this means I can't replace my leaky roof?
> ‘We don’t deserve to be priced out’
As a Clint Eastwood character said “Deserve has got nothing to do with it”.
Orwell called it “doublethink”.
At its core, this is basis hypocrisy of the liberal/progressive order.
It’s like climate change. Keep moving the goal posts.
