Law enforcement agencies are preparing for a possible Trump indictment as early as next week.
Earlier this year the Manhattan District Attorney’s office revived its criminal investigation into Trump’s ‘hush payments’ to porn star Stephanie Clifford, AKA, Stormy Daniels.
Trump has been accused of paying Daniels ‘hush payments’ in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.
President Trump didn’t testify to the Manhattan grand jury this week.
Trump’s lawyer Joe Tacopina blasted the prosecutors in the Stormy case earlier this week.
“It’s not what we do. This is not what we do. We are distorting laws to try and bag President Trump. I don’t know if it’s because he’s leading in the polls,” Trump’s lawyer Joe Tacopina said on Good Morning America. “I don’t know what it is, but this prosecutor and this prosecutor’s office has made an agenda. They have scoured his personal life and business life for seven years to try to find something.”

Wasn’t he being extorted?
I’d like to know just who is on that “Grand Jury”. Donald John Trump’s “peers”?
It was not even an affair. A Golddigger tried to manipulate him into advancing her career. When he was a couple of weeks away from an election, she tries to blackmail him. He flipped her 130,000 of his personal money for her to go away. No admission of guilt, NDA signed.
For Donald Trump, that would be the equivalent of a man who makes 100,000 a year flipping somebody a fraction of a penny could go away when they were being annoying. Nothing even slightly illegal about it, it did not involve the campaign in anyway. It’s just more of the communist lawfare witchhunt and FBI corruption.
How can they prove the money came from campaign funds. I think Trump has more than a few dollars in his personal checking account or what he keeps under his mattress.
President Trump is guilty of being a Republican. For proper context, we have to look at the incident with John Kerry's 2004 VP running mate John Edwards. Edwards' wife Elizabeth announced that she had breast cancer the week before the 2004 election, which Kerry/Edwards lost.
Edwards later ran for President in the 2008 Democrat primaries. He was getting the sympathy vote because his wife had announced that her cancer had returned. Early in the campaign, the National Enquirer discovered that John Edwards was having an affair with campaign photographer Reille Hunter, and ultimately had a love child with her. Edwards eventually dropped out, the charge of cheating on his dying wife was too much for even a Democrat to overcome.
Allegedly, Edwards was paying Hunter to keep quiet about it, but it was eventually discovered. People questioned whether the payments to Hunter amounted to illegal use of campaign funds, but the Edwards campaign argued that cash is fungible and it's hard to tell which cash - campaign cash or Edwards' personal cash - was used for the payments. Edwards eventually went to trial in federal court in North Carolina and was acquitted on the count of misuse of campaign funds, and two other counts were a mistrial. The DoJ declined to retry those two counts.
If President Trump were to be indicted for misuse of campaign funds when he had billions of his own (and no love child to hide), it would be in a New York court which would be hostile to him.
Still, the spectacle of trying President Trump on the same charge that Edwards was acquitted on would twist the liberal talking heads into knots, especially when no child was involved and Trump didn't need the campaign cash to pay anyone off.

An investigation in search of a crime.
Name the statute that was broken.
I dare you.
Does anyone believe the most famous Germophobia president we have ever elected had an affair with a porn star?
Statement from porn star Stormy Daniels says affair with Trump ‘never happened’

Stormy Daniels issued a signed statement addressed “To Whom It May Concern” that denied an alleged affair with Donald Trump.
“The fact of the matter is that each party to this alleged affair denied its existence in 2006, 2011, 2016, 2017 and now again in 2018,” the signed statement reads. “I am not denying this affair because I was paid ‘hush money’ as has been reported in overseas owned tabloids. I am denying it because it never happened.”

So hush money is illegal now? All of Hollywood is headed for the slammer.
I foresee a dogpile of indictments.
The regime is sowing the wind. Will they reap the whirlwind?
White? You talking about Daniels or Avennetti?
They are Dems so NOTHING will happen to them..notice since the info came out about Biden’s family and the MILLIONS they got from China yesterday, does Biden look worried to you..at all? Of course not, he knows NOTHING will ever happen to him, please, dude knows he’s untouchable, always has been always will be..he’s just continuing on, knowing that everyone will protect his ass
In essence if a candidate buys himself a bottle of water so he won't get raspy voiced during a campaign speech I guess they think he ought to report that as a campaign contribution because the campaign benefited. This immense leap of logic of course has never been pursued for anyone else and never will be again, only Trump.
Meanwhile the big guys is proven to have been on the take from Ukraine (where he started a proxy war against their enemy) and China (where he's gotten rid of all the tough on China policies Trump put in place) and it's not considered worth looking at.
He wrote the check to prevent damage to his marriage. It had nothing to do with a political campaign. Any guy with money would’ve written that check and there is nothing illegal about it on his part. Blackmail on the other hand is illegal. She also violated a legally binding contract to stay quiet.
Meanwhile Biden inc took millions from the ChiComs….
As I understand it, there are almost no grounds to deny interstate extradition. But I believe that Florida, if that is where President Trump is physically when he and after he is indicted by New York State, could delay the process up to 90 days. But pending extradition, I don’t imagine he would be wise to travel outside of Florida. Any Freeper actual lawyers care to weigh in?
I recall Rick Perry’s mugshot when he was indicted by Texas Democrat prosecutors. He looked sharp and confident and defeated their p.r. stunt.
Yep! This is coming down to ....
Everything, Everywhere, All at Once
The NY DA campaign finance law case
The Jack Smith two separate cases with grand juries, Mara Lago and Stop the Steal...
The Georgia DA case with a grand jury for his alleged attempted election interference....
The Carroll Rape defamation civil lawsuit....
All at once....
Sad to say, but Trump had to pay the blonde ‘b’ so he could clearly make his arguments under the protection of Amendment I to win office.
But didn’t I have a naughty pay it without permission or Trump’s knowledge?
