First a look back. Trump could have pardoned them before leaving office.
This is just a comment, hindsight is 20-20. It’s not a criticism because I’m sure no one (not Trump, not Tucker Carlson, not me) could have guessed how badly the J6 prisoners would be treated.
And as a side note, the Sixth Amendment guarantees a speedy trial. I’m guessing that the J6 prisoners have lawyers. Why haven’t these lawyers brought up the 6A? Perhaps Trump should look into that.

Seriously???
The J6 Event happened on January 6th, and Trump left office on January 20th, and you seriously expect him to be able to determine all the facts and then issue a pardon in that time?
That is what we euphemistically call "Grasping at Straws" to find anything, and I mean anything to smear President Trump with.
Are you sure you don't work for either CNN or MSNBC or FoxNews?

Also, The Turtle threatened him that if he pardoned Snowden or Assange or presumably any of these defendants - what few had been arrested before he left office - he McConnell could get enough Republicans to go along with Shampeachment II. Trump's hands were tied.
