I definitely remember those "Be All You Can Be" ads being cut back drastically after a certain 1993 Washington D.C. performance until a few years later they were completely halted.

What happened in ‘93? I was overseas in Japan/PG with the Navy and didn’t hear anything about it. Just noticed they dropped off when I got back in ‘94.
