I love this law. I love the recognition of a problem and the crafting of a solution.
Nevertheless, since there IS a problem - and a very serious one - WHY does the law come into effect 17 months from now? Why wait if it is so important - which it is?

Excellent. We need to get rid of no self defense zones whenever and wherever possible. They are magnets for mass shooters who know they won’t face armed opposition.
