I don't understand your post. The Telegram postings you reference don't call for specific violence. They aren't inciting direct action. They aren't organizing events. They are giving vague hints at things they think should be done, like banner drops, stickers, fliers, and graffiti. They would be no more responsible for violence against Jews today than Bernie Sanders would be responsible for when one of his supporters shot up a bunch of Congressional staff at a baseball field or Trump was responsible for J6.
