Russia pompously officially announced that it annexed four oblasts of Ukraine (Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson) - but didn’t and doesn’t control any of them completely - not even the capital cities of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson.
The began losing territory in those supposedly annexed territories the very next day after their announcement.
Maybe when they have to withdraw from Crimea, it will get through their heads.

The Ukrainian military is being fed into meat grinder daily. Ukrainian absolutely no ability to go on the offensive and there is no reason to believe the will before Russia clears out the annexed areas and fortifies them.
