The Biden regime has opened a new front in their war on law-abiding gun owners. Leaked ATF documents reveal the Regime plans to shut down gun stores across America by pursuing a “zero tolerance” policy for revoking federal firearm licenses (FFL).
Gun Owners Of America obtained these documents earlier this month which show the ATF updated its federal firearms license inspection guidance in January 2022. The Biden regime previously announced in July 2021 that they would be updating the guidelines established under the Trump administration.
The new guidelines state the “ATF must establish willfulness” to proceed with cancelling licenses, but the agency “does not have to establish a history of prior violations to determine willfulness.” Furthermore, revocation of the FFL’s license “is the assumed action” with violations.

Their goal is to take guns from non-violent, honest citizens while deliberately leaving them in the hands of violent criminals so they can waltz right in and take what they want from their “oppressors”.
The Dems seem to be in an early effort to strip the SC from appellant jurisdiction, leaving that to the reliably left wing lower courts.

By holding the gun stores accountable for sales and background check results there will be a lot of people turned away at the door ? Or perhaps you’ll need a personal reference to even cross the threshold?
Also, another thing I’m going to start signing off my RTKA posts is that while the government shows they don’t want us owning guns, they REALLY didn’t want us to own drones, collect rain water or hoard food.

When the state of full Demonrat ascendance is achieved, one of the Party benefits will be ready endorsements for any restrictive permitting or purchasing, as required by laws for members. Free or discounted legal services, as well.
This has a Mark of the Beast of the beast flavor, although its more by membership than a visible tattoo. Maybe the Chinese style SocialID can provide what’s needed.
Cancel the ATF. Defund it. There entire mission is to persecute Americans for doing things that were once completely legal. They are against freedom. They are against the US Constitution. I can not understand how anyone could lower himself to work for such an organization. Every employee at the ATF is absolute anti-American scum. They are the enemy.
And that’s the problem. They haven’t met resistance.
Few have the will to fight them.
The 2nd Amendment protects the first Amendment guess why it’s the first to be removed.
