Manchin’s over a barrel. In a few weeks, Gov. Jim Justice will announce whether or not he will run against Manchin for the Senate. If Justice decides to run, I hope that Manchin and his chameleon ways are history.

Manchin can be safely ignored by Biden and his Democratic colleagues. As always, Manchin may huff and puff and pontificate but he will do nothing of consequence to vindicate his comments and supposed point of view.
