I made this same argument to a close friend of mine whose in-laws died in the Holocaust. He went along with all this covid nonsense without questioning any of it. I explained to him that those who bucked the government covid dictates here were the same types of people who bucked the Nazis and hid the Jews in their attics. And it was people like him who just followed the Nazis without question.
Here’s what the “experts” decreed as safe/unsafe in my state:
It’s OK to go to Wal Mart but not to church.
It’s OK to walk into the hardware store but not to take a walk at the local state park.
It’s OK to visit the local grocery store but not the local thrift store.
It’s OK for BLM to gather in the streets, but it’s not OK to gather for a neighborhood barbecue.
The virus spreads in two-way aisles at the store but not in one-way aisles.
Your mask only works if everyone else is wearing a mask.
