you quote

In Acts 2:38, “. . . be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins . . .”

“Every one of you” — that includes your infants

when her archbishop banned communion for Pelosi, she went to the vatican three months ago, where she received communion.

The church should stop issuing communion to Pelosi, Biden, Kerry and other catholic public officials who support and fund abortions.

Partaking of communion, of the Eucharist, the Body of Christ is part of how God’s grace leads us to His salvation.

Nah. Unsustainable by the overall context of accurately translated Holy Scripture alone. And at root, this is exactly why the Vatican-ruled "Catholic" Churches are not and cannot ever be the Ekklesia on Earth of the Risen Jesus of the Bible. Your paedobaptism was an instrument of the Constantine's state organ of religion, whence a new-born infant must be declared and acclaimed invariably as a citizen of the Roman Empire, by an unachievable individual personally-instructed "faith" in an imaginary person whom that infant cannot know or believe on when his/her desire to sustain life is only and solely on milk from a mother's breast, and nothing else--no accountability to the laws of the religion or the Roman state that invented it.

The "Roman" of this particular religion does not refer to the Rome of the location of the Vatican's currently accepted Ruler, now divorced from any state politic. It refers to the long-dead Roman Empire of Constantine and Justinian, who instituted this false organization as the State Religion. It has been a dead religion for a long, long time, a continued successive funerary receptacle of condemned spiritually dead souls that it cannot ever revive, Purgatory or not. Ask any truly regenerated servant of the Risen Living Christ who has escaped from the bondage of Romanism.

Wow! Peter was not talking to infants, but only to those who were intellectually responsible for their own Jewish Ten-Commandment-influenced souls.

Here's what Peter said about you and your catechized superstitions:

2 Peter 3:15-17 (AV):

15And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;  16As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned=undiscipled and unstableillogical wresttwist into foolishness, as theylike Cronos do also the other scriptures, unto their own destructionin the Lake of Fire17Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.
That's you, Cronos. Leave that system or die hard and hot, alone. Throw away your torque wrench and get saved by faith, not by wine-soaked waferettes.

I read the 'eis' as 'on account of' or 'due to'. The cult of catholiciism uses such things as empowerment schemes, saving no one but always increasing their grip on the lost souls they manipulate for gain/empowerment.

To borrow from Obi Wan, 'The Vatican, a hive of scum and villainy, drenched in sexual degeneracy.'

The Vatican is revealing itself to be the perfect whore sister to Islam, in forming Chrislam.

Found in the Dead Sea Scrolls, Gad The Seer 'prophetically saw' the coming together of Islam and Rome, as a cart approaching Jerusalem pulled by a donkey and a camel.

Oh golly. Philosophers masking themselves as Christians pushed infant baptism - and loved a state church!

But no argument based on God’s Word.

Protestant “proof by blatant assertion”.

In Catholicism, proof by blatant assertion is relabeled *sacred tradition* to give it an aura of God approved credibility.

Yes, "eis" has pretty well replaced "en" in more modern Greek, so they tell me; so it has many uses. To the Greek-speaker, context is everything for such a particular use. Your use of it is quite correct when it is "foundational" in the intent of the writer in the Bible.

And, yes to the idea that the Romanists seek to forcefully indoctrinate their children from infancy, segregate them from non-Catholic culture as far as possible, and punishing them if they learn to think "outside-the-Catholic-box" as a normalized liberty-seeking parents would want his/her child to grow into accountability for the consequences of their beliefs.

It appears almost paradoxical that there are millions of saved but not grown at all in Catholicism, for believing in Jesus IS the key. The rituals and hocus pocus serve to squelch growth in Grace and knowledge, and with some -like we see on these threads- even prevent the comming to saving faith /belief in the God with us, preferring instead their works be accounted for their worthiness..

Kinda depends on what 'comes to me' means.

Also whether the qualifier 'I' means that a person cannot decide on their own to later to go away from Him.

(Now there will be those who say, "Well, that person never REALLY came to Jesus.")

NOW you've done it! LOL

'Tis a good thing we are snowed in today.

Wesleyans do it at LEAST 4 times a years.
Catholics do it every time someone darkens their door.
Mormons drink WATER.

(Feel free to add any more ‘correct’ ways to do it.)

Of all the parts of a worship service, communion is specifically mentioned in the bible to perform...

Perhaps you should post the Scripture to show other folks.

Well, you read in the book of acts of “entire households” being baptised, not “all the adults in the household” but “ENTIRE households”

Then logically - by extension - shouldn't infants take communion, too?
