This whole thing seems like asking if Larry Bird ever played for the Boston Celtics. “I cannot answer that.” “There is no evidence of that.” “He has denied it.” So ... I guess ... we will never know ... if Larry Bird ever played for the Boston Celtics. Or if Ray Epps was a Fed who orchestrated the Jan 6 hoax. Just no way of telling.

No matter what his FBI attorney coached him to say, Epps only makes sense as a fed.

For those of us who read all 90+ pages of Ray Epps deposition, the disclosure that Epps' attorney was an FBI Agent for 9 years explains the line of questioning and the lack of follow-up on numerous contradictions in Epps testimony.
The FBI was protecting Epps (through his attorney) and the line of questioning and lack of follow-up on contradictory testimony was deliberate.
Now Epps' testimony in response to questions vs. what the video of him showed him actually doing now makes sense.
