Why check the passengers on flights when they are coming across the border in droves after infecting of the the central American Countries; they arrive in Texas and then spread the infection throughout America. Wby not send several thousand to the Island where demented Joe is resting with his family and infect them all?

If Trump had dismissed that advise he would have been removed from office by Congress in the shortest time possible.
