"After laying out the “clear and convincing” burden of proof Lake needed to carry, the court summarized and evaluated the witnesses and evidence Lake presented. The court looked to Arizona case law going back to 1898, before we became a state in 1912, for the proposition “it is . . . unwise to lay down any rule by which the certainty and accuracy of an election may be jeopardized by the reliance upon any proof affecting such results that is not of the most clear and conclusive character.” (See opinion for the citations.)"
and:
"What difference does it make? Lots of difference. Here’s how. Much of Lake’s case was hearsay. Ms. Honey relied on what another person said in an affidavit about ballots being added to the stream of ballots by Runbeck employees without a chain of custody for them and in violation of law. She did not see this happen with her own eyes. Defense counsel was unable to cross examine the person who allegedly saw the deed take place."

Apparently, there were many — maybe hundreds — of Sworn Affidavits from eye witnesses and whistle blowers that were admitted in to evidence, taken under the risk of perjury. Apparently, Sworn Affidavits really mean nothing.
And there will be sanctions. It was a BS, Kraken lawsuit only filed to stir the pot of “true believers.” Kraken is a powerful drug.
What kind of evidence would one need to show that an election was secure ? Even in crummy countries you still usually have to show a photo and appear in person to vote.
Simply bring in many of the affiants for cross. Removes the hearsay for them, at least.
Says Polyanna.
It seems that - just like Trump in 2020 - Lake thought she had it won, her legal team was caught flatfooted by the extent to which the opposition (including many in her “own” party) was willing to go to stop her, and they proved incapable of mounting a sufficient court challenge once the steal was complete.
Pigs will fly when an Establishment stooge "judge" allows that there was election fraud.
As in, NEVER.
We have Fake Government, installed with Fake "Elections". Plan accordingly.
Hundreds of sworn affidavits, some from inside the companies, testifying that the undeniable difficulties that voters had to vote were not mistakes.
Not B.S. in the least.
I believe it was 19 in. ballots on 20 in. paper. That means the barcodes on the sides were not read by the machines because the machines are configured to read the barcodes that are directly on the side. 19 inch codes would have been to far away from the edge.
.
The Cartels don’t want to lose control of the drug business across the border. The have to keep Hobbs in office to do that. Lake cannot be controlled.
Didn’t see it, because didn’t look for it, because it didn’t exist so I didn’t look for it and thus I didn’t see it because it didn’t exist.
Since no one is able to definitively prove that Black African slaves are actually fully human, the objections to the Three Fifth Compromise are inadmissible and henceforth any statements to the contrary are forever deemed inadmissible hearsay.
Since no one is able to definitively prove conspiratorial malice merely based on the fact that ballots were one inch shorter than the standard set by law, the result of the election stands and henceforth any statements to the contrary are forever deemed inadmissible hearsay.
Same defective theory, different century.
LOL! Is that you, Kamala? Excellent word salad.
Clifford’s summary from Day 1 of the trial:

and Day 2:

Clifford in his summary article (the one which was initially posted), believes that Lake did not meet the “clear and convincing” threshold for her to prevail. Rightly or wrongly, he explains his reasons why.
We seem to be the ‘crummy country’ now.
That does appear to be true.
