Not to snow on your Christmas parade but Jesus didn't celebrate Christmas or Easter. Plus you call Sunday the Lords Day but He says His day is the Sabbath Mark 2:28. That's the day He rested in life and in death.
Then the real kicker is Packers/Dolphin game and Broncos/Ram tomorrow.
But I hope everybody has a good time at your place. I'm certainly not against it. The early Christians met throughout the week, different days. But they observed the Sabbath. That changed later as apostasy crept in.

Here in Kentucky, we’re recovering from the blizzard that hit us yesterday. I went out today for some last-minute groceries, and was thankful the car didn’t give me any trouble in this bitterly cold weather. But don’t be surprised if some of us stay home tomorrow, because of the cold.
