“A United States infantry company arrived at Taara base in Võru this week as part of a deployment to train and serve with the 2nd Infantry Brigade of the Estonian Defense Forces.”
It further confirmed that “The U.S. infantry company will be stationed in Võru during its deployment and will participate in joint exercises with the Estonian Defense Forces to enhance interoperability and to demonstrate the flexibility of combat credible forces to respond to threats.”

Yep. These troops have no deterrent value, as Russia would not invade NATO member Estonia otherwise. So your guess is actually the best one.
And it’s a fair question to ask: Killed how? By a stray Russian shell? By a stray Ukrainian shell that can be blamed on Russia? Or by a deliberate false-flag attack, courtesy of the Deep State?

One infantry company and one HIMARS platoon; seems like this is more for interoperability training and familiarization with local terrain/forces than anything nefarious.

Israel is not our business either and is a Middle Eastern issue but we still help them out via billions each year. They are our allies and our only true friend in the ME. Free countries are disappearing around the world and the ones left need to help each other out and look out for each other. Ukraine is corrupt but it is free or at least giving a go at it and is making attempts to cleanse itself of corruption. If we do not help Ukraine a dictator may take over Ukraine and really be a danger to Europe...or Russia will take over Ukraine then Estonia then Moldavia.
The Founding Fathers said we should be isolationist but George Washington did not have to worry about ICBM’s and cyber warfare that can wipe out this country in a keystroke.
We have to get involved in some cases for our long term national security interest
