Robert F. Kennedy Jr. accused the CIA of murdering his uncle, President John F. Kennedy, in a tweet on December 16, 2022. He called the JFK assassination a “successful coup d’etat.”

Mostly his death covered up the evidence. Jack Ruby was not random. Too many connections.

We know Oswald had an iron clad alibi.
He was on the second floor of the school depository getting change for a dollar from a fellow employee so he could buy soda.
There were multiple witnesses.
A lady was handling Oswald coins when the shots rang out in Dealey Plaza.
The employees in the room (including Oswald) all ran to the window to find out what was going on...
The Warren Commission had the testimony of several witnesses in their workpapers—they refused to publish it since it conflicted with the official narrative.

Does anyone other than Congress have the legal authority to nullify or disobey this mandate? The President? The courts? Anyone else?
Isn't the withholding of these documents, therefore, illegal?

Even if all records from the assassination were released, there would be claims that all the records hadn’t been released especially those that support whatever conspiracy theory some believe in.
It was Putin and the KGB that did the deed! He will assassinate Biden too if brave FBI agents do not stop him! We need to hire brave Ukraine warriors to defend the White House from Russian plots. I’m sure Hunter can accomplish that.

Can shots fired from ground level hit someone’s head while they are sitting in an open vehicle?
If not, were there bullet holes in the car door(s)?
There is/are some records in the release, dated this month, that go into RIF's of records not released. If I recollect, for at least some, if not many, the records are logged but were not found for release. In other words, stolen.
This suggests the intent was to release ALL, but among the hundreds of thousands of pages, there are bound to be some that will never be "released" due to their no longer being releasable.

Color me skeptical that if a person arranges a hit on the most powerful man in the free world that the person wants to be seen anywhere within a thousand miles when it goes down, much less just feet away when the shooting starts.

I’m inclined to listen to him. His “conspiracy theory” about the clot shots, Fauci, et al., have proved to not be theories.
In the case of JFK, he’s close to the situation and this conspiracy theory most likely is not theory, either.
In my life, I have never received specialized sniper or ballistics training. I have hunted and killed enough animals, to know that when you hit them with a powerful rifle, they don’t fall toward you and if the bullet goes thru them, the blood splatter doesn’t come back toward you.

Motives include:
—JFK fired Allen Dulles as head of CIA and vowed to destroy agency operations.
—JFK refused to allow Israel to get the atomic bomb while James Jesus Angleton was working with Mossad to get them the bomb.
—JFK had an affair with the wife of the London CIA Chief of Station—that guy was ticked off and wanted revenge.
There were other possible motives as well.
Don’t forget a shot from the upcoming overpass. It went through the front windshield. IMHO
All major Governments can and do assassinate people they see as a threat. Just ask Princess Diana, or Breitbart, but—you will need a Ouija board.
There were many prominent people in Dallas that day—amazingly that included many infamous assassins from around the world.
Behind closed doors they called it “The Event”, a celebration of their craft.
Very simple physics, he was already leaning forward from the back/throat shot, and the head shot has to be viewed as an ‘energy dump’ into the top portion of head, which is a large mass on top of a very springy, flexible structure, the neck. Upon being hit, there’s a very quick and short ‘ducking’ motion before the release of the bullet energy in the spray, and the potential energy store in neck tension causes head, neck and upper body to recoil backwards. After that release of energy, you then see the natural slumping of the body.
Kennedy was hit twice from behind, from an elevated position. Where people come up with these wacky grassy knoll and street drain ideas, for gosh sakes, is beyond comprehension.
Interesting, had not heard that theory.
If true, Jackie might have had other choices for a location besides being inches from a hit job she ordered.
He was, more or less, a legend in his own mind.
I think Johnson was behind JFK's death with the help of the CIA. The fact that he was killed in Dallas where Johnson was practically a king stinks to high heaven.
I voted for both Bush Sr. and Jr. and, with the benefit of hindsight, believe that Bush Sr. Tried to assassinate President Reagan. Bush Sr. was the former head of the CIA and as a young man there is some photographic evidence that he was involved with the Kennedy assassination.
