There's not a lotta love for DeSantis in the comments section with this move, especially from Florida residents.

I can understand why some FL residents might feel that way.
FL still uses RCV-enabled voting machines, early voting, mail-in voting, and a screwy form of ballot harvesting.
I’m sure DeSantis is capable of multi-tasking.
Why hasn’t he secured Florida’s votes...?

I am a Florida resident. I love DeSantis, but this is not a helpful decision. People have their opinions. They don’t need to be told by grand juries whether their opinions are correct.

LOL! Another DeSantis hit piece from Sundance at the "Conservative" Treehouse.
He/she really has it out for DeSantis. It's almost as if the growing popularity of Ron DeSantis is somehow threatening?

This seems a bit self-serving, but maybe it would help resolve this controversy, and that would be a good thing.

This is putting love of Trump ahead of love of Freedom and country. The “vaccine” is the greatest crime committed in American history and someone has to do something about it.
This article casts this effort as a political ploy.. discrediting it.. that is slimy. It gives the left all it needs to dismiss any reconning of the butcher’s bill that has been forced on the American people.
If DeSantis wants to get out in front of this.. in spite of following what he was told before, then good. This is called learning.
I like Trump but he has the worst track record possible in picking his associates and supporting staff. In the two years since he left office, this doesn’t seem to have improved. This is the whole of the problem I have with him. The rest is just political prosecution that is meaningless. Still, if Trump is to help us win rather than Trump win, he needs to keep from attacking Republicans who are doing the right things. DeSantis is clearly in the doing good pile.

I doubt anything about COVID would be a winning strategy.
By the 2024 cycle, inflation and the economy will be the battlefield. The one who can present the best case for alleviating inflation and improving the economy will win.
Of course, the Dems will manufacture millions of votes in select states, so if the Pubbies are not prepared for that, they will lose anyway.

When nobody had much to go on about the Wuhan virus, everybody, including Trump, listened to who they thought were unbiased experts. As time went on, and lock-downs started hurting more than helping, and so-called vaccines weren’t just failing at preventing the virus but tossing in some deadly side effects, the braver people decided to change course. That includes Trump, DeSantis and others.
Were there any governors or national leaders that thought a two-week lock-down wasn’t a good idea? I don’t recall objections from anyone. I think most people believed the initial lock-down might be helpful because natural immunity eventually kicks in, viruses burn out, and, sadly, that it’s not a surprise when the sick and elderly succumb to any new virus.

The political branding and campaign team behind Florida Governor Ron DeSantis have structured a “Win with Ron 2024” strategy constructed around the politicization of the COVID-19 vaccine. Yesterday, the team launched the effort through the governor’s office [Details Here].
The polarizing federal vaccine and mask mandates continue to create an opportunity for exploitation by political interests. The WWR ’24 team see the opportunity within the republican base for Ron DeSantis to create a 2024 lane by presenting himself in alignment with medical autonomy in a similar vein that a candidate might create with strong support for the second amendment.
To accomplish this brand strategy, the people around DeSantis need to pretend the Florida Governor did not advocate for lockdowns and vaccines in 2020 and 2021; even going so far as to threaten the liquor licenses for non-compliant bars and restaurants. Through a series of continuous and carefully organized drumbeats surrounding the later held position on medical freedom and autonomy, the WWR24 team attempt to rewrite history in advance of his 2024 GOP nomination announcement.
The branding and image strategy for Ron DeSantis has been carefully mapped since early 2022 and includes the coy game of pretending to be above the national political fray while simultaneously dropping into national political issues at carefully constructed moments.
COVID-19 has been poll-tested amid the base of the republican party and positions have been established based on surveyed responses. That’s the background for a rollout that took place yesterday in Florida complete with the creation of a Florida Public Health Integrity Committee. The Florida governor grabs headlines by asking for a state grand jury to “hold the federal government and Big Pharma accountable.”
The ‘medical freedom‘ rollout yesterday included a simultaneously timed 2024 election primary poll showing DeSantis with the highest favorability rating.
As noted within the announcement, “Governor DeSantis has filed a petition to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate crimes and wrongs in Florida related to the COVID-19 vaccines and further recommend enforcement methods.” Notably absent from the announcement was his own culpability promoting the same programs he now rails against. This hypocrisy is the calling card of political engineering.
Steve Bannon began to weave some of this together earlier today, while being careful not to offend the Cruzbots DeSantis-bots, Harmeet Dhillon sycophants. You can watch Bannon carefully narrate this dynamic in the video below.
However, I have pledged not to participate in the insufferable pretending – so I am being more direct.
In addition to the organized, televised and highly publicized DeSantis panel PR rollout, which I will note was not needed unless the goal was to enhance public visibility for the enterprise – a staged performance, the team managing DeSantis had a prescheduled follow-up with the assist from Rupert Murdoch, Fox News and Laura Ingraham.
WATCH:
Previously Rupert Murdoch offered the WWR24 team to support their efforts throughout all his media companies including Fox News, Fox Business, New York Post, and the Wall Street Journal.
In addition, the billionaire who considers himself kingmaker for the GOP has given DeSantis an unknown number of millions for his book contract with Murdoch owned Harper Collins publishing house.
…. Once you see the strings on the marionettes, you can never watch the puppet show and not see them.

DeSantis is backed by billionaire Never-Trumpers Paul Singer and Ken Griffin. DeSantis is being used to take down Trump and MAGA.
The vaccine injury play is a winning card because vaccine injury is a valid issue. However, it will be used to attack Trump by branding him as responsible for a dangerous vaccine rollout.
The problem is no political person could forsee, with exception of RFK Jr., the hidden weaponization of the so-called vaccines as depopulation bioweapons rolled out in different batches with subsequent boosters and shedding to accomplish the goal of present day Eugenicists:
Video (21 seconds)

The side effects were not known in 2020, hence President Trump could not have known. Trump did, however, take actions to prepare to fire Fauci while bringing in an MD with integrity to replace Fauci.
DeSantis could not have known either. Any plan to smear Trump for actions in 2020 for vaccine injury will backfire on DeSantis.

Ron DeSavage is great.
Treehouse guy has been broken, badly, by the opposite of TDS. He’s got such a boner for Trump that he no longer makes sense.
For crying out loud, we ALL complain about BigPharma and BigGovt CDC/FDA/Fauci. The US has been railroaded at Warp Speed with all kinds of lies and phony emergency status so that the people will give up Freedom.
Ron is a Freedom guy, Trump is a populist. Thank God for Ron.
